About the Instructor:
Murray Kerr Is a filmmaker originally from the UK. Having studied Film and Television at the University of Westminster he has gone on to write, produce, direct, shoot and edit short films, music videos, commercials, documentaries and features. His last feature film ‘Sick City’ picked up the domestic award for best feature at KIMFF in Dec 2010.

Of the course he says ‘this is a great experience for filmmakers/writer from all levels of experience as we get the chance to explore the essence of what doesn’t and doesn’t make our stories work cinematically and begin to mould raw inspiration into cohesive dramatic scripts.

One of the most important factors in this workshop is the diversity of the participants, as discussion and brainstorming is essential to the experience!!!
