Ranibari Community Garden..

Hariyo Chowk is creating a green space at Ranibari for public use. In the course of one week time, we will be focusing on up-cycling plastic & plastic bottles benches and some fruit trees plantation.

Public space is defined as a plot of undeveloped land, one thing we want to do is to develop green spaces in Kathmandu. But there’s not one place that people from the community know they can gather and enjoy fellowship with their fellow friends.
We believe that we have plenty of places here in Kathmandu where students and the locals can “enjoy fellowship” with each other.

This will be a week long event. Will start at 10 am everyday till 3 pm. The participants are requested to bring their own digging tools as we might not have enough for all. It will be great if you can start saving plastic and plastic bottles for the event too.
