Theme: Event Management

“KARYAKRAM” is an initiative to bring out the management in students. This event is a day Workshop on event management entitled to imparting skills required for effective event management. Karyakram in its third year is aimed at imparting the pragmatic dexterity related to event management and gives the students an exposure to the real event management business world scenario. This program will be a very effective tool since it is
believed to enrich the value of students towards event management which will support not only professional event management businesses but also will prop up the college events and even the family occasions. This event is a bench marking event that acts like as a medium for the students to be event management professionals.

Objectives

The KARYAKRAM-2013 is predestined to act as a medium of interaction among the students and professionals on EVENT MANAGEMENT. It will be an opportunity to share the real
practices of event management in Nepal.
The objectives however are:
1. Imparting skills required for effective event management.
2. To provide a foundation to instigate new quality events from among participants.
3. To offer interaction among participants and professionals relating to event
management.
4. To bring about awareness about event management profession.
5. To provide an opportunity to students and professionals to think out of the curriculum
box and explore innovative ideas in relation to event management.
