GRAND OPENING OF KARUNA NATURAL WEARS

Karuna Natural Wears would like to cordially invite you to the Grand Opening of our new store in Hiti Sadan, Durbar Marg. Our opening week will run for a week from 7th September to 13th September between 11 a.m - 7 p.m.

Karuna (ka-ru-na) - Noun ~ Compassion Karuna, Compassion - is a necessity without which humanity cannot survive; yet, it is a trait so very rare in this world. It is one that triggers goodness and catalyzes breathtaking bravery. We at Karuna, embrace this human necessity believing that this makes the world go round. Without compassion, the world we know and dare to envision will eventually fall apart in self-destructive chaos. Our feeling of Karuna stems from our home – our Nepal, struggling to find its foothold; this Karuna we extend to the preservation of our mother nature. This Karuna, we hope is reflected in every single product that we have created.

In 1997, Karuna Natural Wears was established as a brand – our clothes have traveled the trails of France, Japan and other countries. We aim to not only promote and utilize our local resources, but also to interweave Nepalese craftsmanship and inimitable designs into our products. We focus on producing clothes and accessories designed, developed and manufactured in Nepal using only locally sourced natural fabrics and raw materials.

Making use of natural raw materials is our contribution towards saving the environment. Natural fabrics not only look different but, feel different; they’re imbibed with intrinsic qualities of comfort, breathability, and are hypo-allergenic. Some of the natural fabrics we use are Hemp, Bamboo, Allo (Nettle), etc. Our clothes are tailored for every day wear but, with our own Karuna flair of elegance; we also produce leather and silver accessories.

Our goal is to not only establish our brand domestically, but to branch out internationally and compete with other brands worldwide. We want to be known for our quality products that are locally, organically and ethically produced with Karuna where Fashion Meets Nature.
