Art In Time Of Crisis Vol. 2

After the inspiring presentations and positive feedback attained with the first rendition of "Art In Time Of Crisis", SAFEI cordially invites you to Volume 2 of the interaction program where 5 presenters will share their invigorated commitments and perspectives on art in post-disaster Nepal.

Each presentation will be limited to a maximum of 10 minutes, followed by a Q&A with a special panel and audience member. Names for the panel members will be announced shortly.

Presenters:

- Nepal Photo Project - Photo.circle, presented by Kishor Sharma,
- Presentation by Martin Travers,
- Building sustainable school buildings - Saath, Kathmandu University, presented by Ashik Rai and Pramod Rai,
- Healing the self, Healing the community, Healing the place - LASANAA, presented by Prakash Ranjit, and
- GET WELL SOON Project - Mcube, presented by Manish Lal Shrestha.


About the Organizer:

SAFEI is a partnership between the Siddhartha Arts Foundation and Centre for Culture and Development, Denmark. It hopes to build art capital to support the growth of Nepali contemporary art practices by training art managers, curators and art critics. SAFEI envisions a thriving Nepali art industry where a receptive public engages with a responsive artist community through a resource pool of art leaders.
